Functional Oracle Project Accounting---Contract to Hire--USC/Green Card ONLY-- Zero Qualified resumes submittedLocation: Omaha, NEDuration: 6 month The client has implemented Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) for the financial, HR and project-based systems.The primary duty of the Project Accounting SME is to provide project-based solutions, primary oversight and subject matter expertise for the Project-to-Close (PTC) business applications. More specifically, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Costing, Project Billing and Project Management functions.The Business Application Manager is responsible for client's PTC applications. More specific duties include:• Develop project-centric solutions and maintain PTC roadmap• Drive PTC initiatives and related support functions• Create requirements documents, functional specifications and test scripts• Develop and document business processes for the PTC functions• Assist with data mapping and validation for conversion activities• Facilitate change management initiatives• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve business process issues and identify business process improvement opportunities• Work with business managers across the organization to coordinate deployments activities• Work with Application Managers to implement system changes• Serve as functional interface between client and Oracle• Enterprise support
