Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES Application architecture roadmap; supporting project and/or product teams on functional and technical design activities Develop and support Mule Soft REST / SOAP Integrations. Provides reports for critical issues, risks, dependencies etc. Part of the Integration team as well as all the Application Integration projects that are executed by the application integrations team Support availability of all environments Owns the coordination activities across various groups including infrastructure, security & networking teams, among others. Knowledge and awareness of Service Management through service repository Perform general application development activities, including unit testing, code deployment to development environment and technical documentation.Application of various integration patterns and principles of Service Oriented Architecture Define service specification and contracts for a functional domain by working with SMEsCollaborate with SMEs, owners of technical environments and global teams. Define best practices and guidelines for design and developmentDefine core utilities and frameworksComply the design of solutions and architecture to the defined NFRsCommunicate technical solutions to customers, SMEs and enterprise architects.Develop custom code for new enhancements and functionsSupport Application deployment and release management activitiesMentor Junior Team MembersAdhere to Equifax established development and support processesAssist in determining and implementing the agreed upon tools, methodology and formats used to the knowledge transfer of the application modulesDocument gaps in design documentation, source code documentationAdvanced scripting skills specifically around automation, log rotation, data collection, error collection and alerting Strong knowledge and understanding of Mule AnyPoint Platform and other middleware ESB Products Develop and implement strategies for consolidation and upgrade of Mule AnyPoint PlatformExperience in Creating RAML for REST API. Experience in creating WSDL for SOAP Services. Experience in Implementing different Mule soft connectors for connecting to MQ / Salesforce / DB / Mail servers / Soap Services etc .Knowledge in Cloud / on prem deployment for Mule API’s. Building libraries in RAML for REST API’s. Experience in Continuous Integration Process. Should have experience in creating SOAP UI / Post man collection for API for functional testing and also has some experience in Performance Testing. Experience in API Management for Mule API’s. Experience in monitoring API’s through Runtime manager.
QUALIFICATION Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Higher Experience in application architecture roadmap, functional and technical design activities2-3 years of experience architecting acting as an integration developer 3 years of development experience building and supporting application interfaces Solid 1-2 years Java development experience Knowledge of Microservices and API's Knowledge of SQL and database principles Demonstrate knowledge of networking fundamentals Knowledge of Security principles for encryption, tokenization and standards such as CyBox/MAEC Knowledge of JMS standards Demonstrate strong knowledge of dealing with multiple message or file formats including XML, JSON, Mainframe Copybook, EDI, among others.Knowledge of Data Transformation like XQUERY, XSLT & Data Weave etc. Knowledge of Jenkins / CICD Process. Prior Experience in integration with different applications like SOAP, REST WS , Salesforce , DB , etc through Mule soft connectors.
