Note:US Citizen or Green Card HolderBusiness Area: Deliver Revenue Owning Region: Americas Applications Development : 2 - Experienced, Talented, Secondary, Limited Microsoft Office Suite : 1 - Conceptual, Skilled, Tertiary, Elementary Java : 4 - Guru, Full Professional, Manager Assessed Application Engineer : 2 - Experienced, Talented, Secondary, Limited English : 4 - Guru, Full Professional, Manager Assessed Senior Professional Software Engineer Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred • Six or more years of experience in software engineering or operating systems programming • Experience working with design and coding languages • Experience working with software design principles • Experience working with computer hardware Other Qualifications • Good analytical and creative problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of software • Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members • Good communication skills to interact with team members and senior support personnel • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Technical Skills • 8+ years development in Java, C, C++, C#, VB.Net; ASP.net with databases like SqlServer/ Oracle; 5 years in relevant industry • 8+ years development in Web Development in Java J2EE, Oracle, C, PL/SQL and Unix Shell Scripting on a UNIX AIX platform; IBM WebSphere & WebSphere MQ, experience in other Java technologies including Servlets 2.3, Struts *** ,JSP 2.0, JDBC, Core Java, Tiles, Swing ; familiarity with XML, XSD, and XSL • 8+ years development in XML with JAVA API, Web Services Description Language (WSDL), Jquery, Ant, Eclipse, DB2 Connect, XSLTransformations (XSLT), SQL, VB Script, JavaScript Development, Extensible Markup Language (XML)Soap, HTML, Java Applets, Severlets, and may include REST, SOAP, XML-RPC, Apache, PHP, Zend, MVC or perl Work Environment • Office environment • Must be Collocated with Account and Client Teams in San Jose, CA
