Job description:
The System Administrator (SA) is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of computer hardware and software and related infrastructure.
Log and route service requests and incidents in an incident management system.
ii. Create and maintain knowledge articles in the agency's knowledge management system on a daily basis.
iii. Provide a high level of customer service to end users on a daily basis.
iv. Provide technical expertise related to Microsoft Products, such as Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, as well as other related Microsoft applications.
v. Consult with IT leads and agency IT staff on best solutions for complex technical issues related to endpoint management, server management, software deployment, OS provisioning, patch management and security.
