Project Management Administrator With Jira/Confluence Job requirement

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works with the Project Management team to develop and maintain project plans
  • Works with Project Management for RAG status and Jira updates
  • Meets with local site contacts to identify and coordinate installation actions and activities
  • Creates Team Sites in various platforms
  • Assists with Core Team Meetings, team status, and customer information meetings
  • Assists Bill of Materials, Purchase Order Requests, Statement of Work Creation and Approvals
  • Assist the Project Management Team with their assigned projects deliverable tasks
  • Assists with risk analysis and manages issues
  • Assists with client change requests to assure on time completion of deliverables
  • Coordinates Product Delivery Schedules for Shipping and Receiving with Vendors
  • Assists with gathering project information and requirements
  • Manages and Produces documents and documentation associated with team projects
  • Provides project status reports to the client and management as requested on a regular basis
