Description:
Develop an IT Roadmap for the modernization of service delivery to include the preparation of an IT evaluation that aligns current IT initiatives with the needs of the Iowa College Student Aid Commission.
The effort includes aligning current IT systems with research, federal grant administration, state scholarship and grant delivery, and other administrative needs.
This effort includes evaluating the current technology infrastructure and business processes that support the Iowa College Student Aid Commission including:
•Recommending short and long term initiatives and solutions;
•Analyzing and recommending available technologies;
•Analyzing technologies, development, and tools integration efforts to support agency goals;
•Integrating Excel spreadsheet processes into the overall system;
