Payment Systems Operations Specialist
Location: Remote
Start: ASAP, within 1 month
Duration: 6 months, to start
Role involves an experienced Payment Systems Operations Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience working with various Payment Systems, Processors, and Hardware (PEDs), i.e., Ingenico, Verifone, Ayden, ACI Worldwide, WorldPay, etc.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with various Payment systems
- Proven ability to research and resolve break/fix issues with payment system transactions
- Experience working in a project team environment
- Ability to trace and resolve unusual payment failures
- Must know PCI regulations or be VERY familiar with PCI regulations
- Good, independent problem-solving & analytical skills
- Solid, proven critical thinking ability
- Very good verbal communication skills
Desired / Nice-to-Have Skills:
- QA Testing experience including Certification with Processors
