JOB DESCRIPTION:
The System Administrator (SA) is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of computer hardware and software and related infrastructure.
DC1C OIAM is looking for an experienced, independent and solution-oriented Applications System Administrator to manage and support the DC One Card IAM platform. The System Administrator will also be tasked with supporting system development efforts, health and performance monitoring and working with the Citywide Information Technology Security team to maintain security of the platform.
The DC One Card (DC1C) Identity and Access Management (IAM) program was initiated to put a single ID card into the hands of District government residents, workers and customers for all their DC government needs. Most recently, the DC1C program begun provisioning digital federated credentials to be used to access online District services. The enterprise Oracle Waveset / ForgeRock OpenAM Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform supports the program’s business activities
