Job Responsibilities:
Value Delivery
- Responsible for the overall delivery of the Program Increment commitments
- Work with Product Managers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure alignment between strategy and execution
- Ensure steady flow of deliverables that meet business objectives
PI Planning
- Facilitate Pre PI Planning readiness. Maintain a checklist of tasks to be done before getting into PI planning meetings
- Facilitate the PI planning event
- Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them on Confluence for visibility and transparency
Estimation Capacity Planning
- Responsible for ensuring the capabilities/features/stories are estimated in the backlog
- Responsible for capacity planning of the pods
- Coordinate the stories estimation by platform teams and the roll - up to features/Epics
- Assist tracking the execution of features and capabilities
Backlog Grooming Sprint Planning
- Facilitate the backlog grooming Sprint Planning sessions, collaborate with the Product Manager, Product Owners Business Analysts to ensure the Backlog is populated with the granular stories needed for development and adequately prioritized.
Tracking Reporting
- Track sprint commitments via story points
