In - depth understanding of and experience working with:
- IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Change, Release, SLM, Service Catalog, Asset Config) ITBM (APM, Project Portfolio, Demand, Resource, Time); HR
- Knowledge on Domain separation and CMDB.
- Proficient in integration of disparate systems using SOAP and REST APIs along with scripted Web services
